Cultivating energy, resilience and wellbeing from within. Virtual wellness programs and workshops for physical, energetic, mental and emotional health, created by Natasha Grbich, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, with 25+ years devoted to health and healing.
Your people are your company. How they sleep, breathe, move and handle pressure shapes everything they create. Pressure doesn’t stay in the mind: it shows up as tight shoulders, poor sleep, low energy and unsettled digestion. Caring for body and mind together gives people the energy, focus and resilience to do their best work, and people stay where they feel cared for.
Fully virtual programs that blend movement, breathwork, nutrition, sound and TCM emotional care. No experience needed.
RESTOREPhysical and energetic reset | A one-week reset to release tension, restore energy and improve sleep. Your team leaves with a simple 10-minute daily practice they can use anywhere. |
RENEWPhysical and energetic renewal | Six weekly sessions that build healthy habits for breath, food, sleep and movement, so the results last long after the program ends. |
WITHINMental health & emotional wellness | A one-week reset for mental and emotional wellbeing that gives people simple tools to calm stress, worry and overwhelm. |
Not ready for a full program? Our pilot workshops are a simple way to begin. Each one is virtual, 60 to 75 minutes, for up to 50 people, and works well for a lunch and learn, a team meeting or a wellness day. More short workshops are available on request.
| 1. Sleep Reset | Circadian rhythm, the TCM organ clock, an evening wind down routine and breath techniques for sleep. |
| 2. Breathe and Recover | Four breathwork techniques for stress regulation, vagal tone and focus. |
| 3. Move Well at Work | Joint mobilization for the neck, shoulders and lower back, postural correction and qigong, with safe lifting and load recovery added for crews. |
| 4. Travel Without Burnout | Jet lag recovery, circadian realignment, meal timing and acupressure for the road. |
| 5. Eat for Energy | TCM diet therapy, steady blood sugar and seasonal eating for immunity. |
| 6. Emotions and the Body | TCM emotional mapping and stress patterns held in the body. It leads into WITHIN. |
Wellbeing grows with steady support. After a program or workshop, your team can continue with any of these options.
| 1. Private virtual sessions | One to one support for leaders, key talent or any employee who wants personal care, tailored to their health goals. |
| 2. Health newsletters | Seasonal health guidance, simple practices and TCM wisdom delivered to your team. |
| 3. Monthly or quarterly virtual catch ups | Live group sessions to refresh practices, answer questions and keep habits strong. |
| 4. Wellness reminders | Short, regular prompts that help people keep their daily practice going. |
| People who stay | When people feel cared for, they stay. Each program is a visible investment that builds loyalty and protects the talent you worked hard to hire. |
| Energized, engaged teams | People return to work rested, lighter and more motivated. Energy is contagious, and it lifts the whole team. |
| Clear heads, better work | Breathing and movement practices calm the nervous system, so people think clearly, focus longer and make better decisions. |
| More healthy days | Better sleep, digestion, immunity and stress habits mean more people feeling well and showing up at their best. |
| Stronger, more comfortable bodies | Mobility and self-care for back, neck and shoulders help crew who lift and travel, and teams who sit all day. |
| A warmer, more connected culture | Practising together builds trust, kindness and easier communication across departments and levels. |
| A place people want to work | A thoughtful, expert-led wellness benefit makes you stand out to new talent and gives your team something to be proud of. |
| Easy to say yes to | Fully virtual, from a single workshop to six weeks, with repeat sessions for other shifts and time zones. |
