Connect with me via a TCM Virtual Consultation while living abroad or traveling. Virtual consultations allow us to continue down your journey of wellness after an in-person session. Although they are remote, virtual consultations follow a similar format to in-person sessions.

  • Virtual sessions are private one-on-one sessions using traditional chinese medicine, lifestyle adjustments, nutrition, exercise, supplement and herbal treatments to support a thriving healthy body.
  • Online sessions vary in depending on if it’s a first or returning session.
  • Rehabilitation therapy (yoga, qi gong and physical therapy exercises)

The goal of TCM is complete wellness, bringing the body back in balance and harmony. Energy meridians that run throughout our bodies can become stagnant or blocked due to trauma, poor diet, or emotional issues, resulting in pain or sickness.
In TCM, the focus is to correct the root cause of illness versus the symptoms to produce lasting results. Removing the block and stagnation is necessary for healing.

What does a TCM consultation by Dr. Natasha Grbich include?

  • An assessment and review of your past health history:
  • Please send any recent blood work or other relevant test results
  • A neutral inquiry into your current health including digestion, eating habits, sleep patterns, and any current concerns
  • Observation of your posture, complexion, skin tone, and eyes
  • Measuring the pulse in each wrist
  • Inspecting your tongue

Prescribed healing solutions may include:

  • A change or modification of diet
  • Beneficial herbal treatment and/or vitamin supplements
  • Specific stretches, exercises and Qi Gong
  • Meditative and breath work practices
  • Lifestyle programs
