Transformative Wellness E-Newsletter:

October 2005:

The temperature has lowered and the body's tendency to contract inward is prevalent (Yin).   Gloves and even hats are to be seen everywhere.   We move from complete Yang (heat, action, fast pace, sun) to gentle movement of Yin (slow, cold, darkness, and calmness).   Incrementally increasing the movement and flow of our yoga practice throughout fall will keep the internal vital energy high.

It is the harvest and reflection that will naturally emanate from this time and this season.    What an amazing opportunity to look back and see what has been created by you!

Thanks again to clothing and prop sponsors Blurr and Half-moon yoga for our cross-Canada Pearl Jam tour.

It was an amazing trip with truly wonderful people.
